Returns & Exchanges

At Anglo-Italian, we offer a 14-day return window for all orders, ensuring that every garment meets our exacting standards for fit and craftsmanship. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or an equivalent alternative, ensuring the inclusion of the original packing slip and all garment accessories.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
